Priya's month
The whole month on a schedule, the deploy check in the browser, and one report the director can read.
The month, laid out
Everything in this course fits one repeating shape. Two of the jobs run without Priya, one needs her browser, and one is the only writing she does for Marcus.
| When | What runs | Who does it |
|---|---|---|
| Every Monday, 8:00 | Search Console digest | Scheduled |
| First Monday, 9:00 | Crawl digest and ticket list | Scheduled |
| After every deploy | Page check in the browser | Priya |
| Month end | Report draft | Scheduled, she edits |
The two routines to set
Write the instruction, run it once by hand, read every step it took, fix the wording, then put it on a timer. A schedule repeats a bad instruction perfectly.
Monday 8:00, weekly
Open the two newest Search Console exports in my "GSC weekly" Drive folder. Join them on query. Give me the queries at position 8 to 20 with more than 300 impressions and a click-through rate under 2 percent, with the URL that ranks for each. Then list every page whose clicks fell over 20 percent while position held. Add both as new tabs in the "Monthly opportunities" sheet and message me the top three lines of each.
First Monday 9:00, monthly
Open the newest Screaming Frog export and the newest Search Console page export in my "Crawls" folder. Group every issue by the single fix that resolves it, with the affected URLs and the clicks at risk from the Search Console file. Compare against last month's export in the same folder and mark which groups are new. Save the result as a Google Doc named "Crawl tickets" plus the month, and list the three groups I should send to the agency first.
The deploy check
The agency ships on Thursdays. Claude in Chrome reads the page you are on, so the check is a walk through six URLs with one prompt each.
After the agency deploys
I am on our Lakewood location page after a deploy. Check it against this ticket: [paste the ticket]. Tell me whether the title, meta description, canonical and schema match what the ticket asked for, quote what is actually on the page for each, and list anything the deploy changed that the ticket did not ask for. Do not edit the page.
The report
The month in outcomes
[paste booked appointments, calls and direction requests by clinic, plus this month's clicks by page group] Write the monthly report for our marketing director. Open with appointments and calls by clinic and what changed. Then three things that worked with the reason, one thing that did not with what I am doing about it, the technical fixes the agency shipped, and one thing I need from him. Keep it under 400 words, no jargon, and put every SEO metric in an appendix table at the end.
