Six pages that are genuinely different, built from a local facts table, with every claim routed to a clinician.
Six pages, one temptation
Summit has clinics in Lakewood, Aurora, Littleton, Arvada, Parker and Boulder. The fast version is one page written once and spun six ways. It ranks for about a quarter and then stops, because there is nothing on the Aurora page that an Aurora patient could not read on the Parker page.
The slow version needs facts Priya does not have in a file. So the first job is the file.
The local facts table
Before any drafting, build one row per clinic. Ask the clinic managers for it once, keep it in a sheet, and hand it to Claude as the only source of local detail.

Add hours, insurers accepted, the nearest landmarks, and anything a neighbour would recognise. Twelve real details per clinic is enough to make six pages that are not each other.

Structure: an intro naming the suburb and one landmark, what this clinic treats most, the therapists and what they are certified in, access and parking, hours and booking, and a short section answering "what happens at my first visit." Use only the facts I pasted. Where you need a fact I did not give you, leave a placeholder in square brackets and list every placeholder at the end. Never state a recovery time or a success rate.
[paste all six drafts] These are our six location pages. For each pair, tell me which sentences are effectively identical. Then list, per page, the three sentences that only make sense for that clinic. If a page has fewer than three, say what fact I need to go and collect for it.
[paste the draft] List every sentence in this draft that makes a claim about a health outcome, a recovery time, a treatment being suitable for someone, or how we handle patient information. Quote each one exactly, and write it as a numbered list a clinician can tick or strike. Do not rewrite them and do not tell me whether they are accurate.
That last prompt is the whole safety model for this stop. Claude finds the claims. A clinician at Summit clears them, in writing. Same rule for any line about patient privacy or HIPAA on the page: the clinician and the compliance owner sign it, and Claude is only allowed to notice that a sentence needs signing.
Schema, checked rather than assumed
Ask for LocalBusiness or MedicalClinic markup per clinic and Claude will produce clean JSON-LD. It will also cheerfully invent a property that does not exist. Paste the block into Google's Rich Results Test before it goes near the site, and ask Claude to list which fields it filled from your facts table and which it guessed.
