Noor's week on a schedule
The calendar check, the comment sweep and the month-end report run on a timer, the caption batch goes to Cowork, and the capstone is one full client month.
The parts of the week that repeat
Noor's week has the same shape every week: a calendar check on Monday, a comment sweep every morning, captions in a block, a shoot day, and a report at the start of the month. The shape is what makes it schedulable.
Chat is a conversation. Cowork is a delegation: hand over a job with the files and connectors and it works through the steps. A scheduled routine is that delegation on a timer, running in the cloud whether or not her laptop is open. Dispatch sends a job from her phone to her desktop.
Three routines
Open the posting calendar sheet. For each of my four clients, list this week's rows, mark any row with no caption written, any row whose asset does not exist yet, and any row that clashes with a holiday or a client closure I have noted. Give me one short list per client and one line saying which client is furthest behind.
For each client Project, take yesterday's comments and DMs and sort them into reply, escalate and ignore. Draft the replies in each brand voice. Do not send anything. Give me one summary with the escalations first, named by client, and the drafted replies underneath.
Pull last month's Meta and TikTok exports from my Drive reports folder and join them to the posting calendar. Draft the three insight report for each client using my one page format, leaving every number I need to verify marked. Save the drafts to the reports folder. Send nothing to anyone.
One Cowork delegation
Work through rows eleven to forty of this month's calendar sheet. For each row, open the matching client Project, write the caption and the hashtag set following that Project's instructions, and fill the caption column in the sheet with a status of drafted. Put anything that needs a fact I have not given you in a second tab with the question written out. Ask me before writing to the sheet. Do not schedule or post anything.
Start Cowork on ask before every action. Loosen it only after you have watched a few runs.
Dispatch from the floor
The gym's open day is running now. A member called Renee told me she came back after a knee replacement and now coaches the Saturday beginners class. She has agreed to be named. Draft the video script and three caption options in the gym voice, and list the three shots I should get before I leave. Message me when it is ready.
The capstone
Run one full month for one client, end to end: transcript to pillars, pillars to hooks, hooks to a 30-day grid, ten captions from the grid, one video script with a shot list, a week of sorted comment queues, and the three insight report on the first. Time yourself against last month.
