The report clients read

Exported CSVs go in, three insights come out, each with the number behind it and one thing to do next month.

Why the monthly report is dreaded

Noor's old report was eleven slides of numbers with a summary slide nobody reached. It took her most of a Friday per client and the med spa owner replied "thanks" every time. That is not a report, it is a receipt.

The version clients read is one page with three insights. Each insight names a number, says what caused it in language the owner recognises, and ends with one thing that changes next month. Everything else is an appendix.

Getting the data in

Export the month from Meta Business Suite and from TikTok analytics as CSV, plus the posting calendar from Google Sheets so Claude can line up performance with what was actually posted. Three files, one upload.

The calendar is the file that makes this work. Without it Claude sees numbers. With it, it sees that the four best posts were all the same pillar.

The three insight pass
Attached: the Meta export, the TikTok export and the August posting calendar for the gym.

Join the exports to the calendar by date and give me exactly three insights. For each: the claim in one sentence, the numbers that support it including the comparison period, the pillar or format involved, and one specific thing we do differently in September. Ignore any metric that moved less than 10 percent. If two insights say the same thing, keep the stronger one and tell me what you dropped.
The so what test
Take those three insights and, for each, answer the question the owner would ask: so what. If your answer is another number, the insight is not finished. Rewrite it until the answer is an action with a cost in time or money.

The two formats

Client What they open Ask for
Gym, taco chain The one page A PDF, three insights, one chart
Med spa, law firm A monthly call A short deck to talk over
The one page and the deck
Turn the three insights into a one-page PDF for the gym owner: a header with the month, the three insights as short blocks, one chart showing the reach comparison, and a footer line naming the two things I need from her in September. Then give me the same three insights as a five-slide deck I can talk over, one insight per slide, no slide with more than twenty words.

Claude Design builds the deck from the same three insights, so the story does not drift between the PDF and the call.

What Noor checks before sending

Every number against the export. Every cause claim against the calendar. Every recommendation against what she can actually deliver next month with the hours she has.
