Stop 1 of 8 · Weekly
One call, one month
The strategy call is raw material. Turn one transcript into pillars, hooks and a dated calendar before you write a single caption.
The month is the unit, not the post
Noor runs a 45 minute strategy call with each client at the start of the month. The med spa owner talks about a new laser package, dead Tuesdays, and a competitor that opened two blocks away. Noor writes half a page of notes, then loses a Saturday turning them into a calendar in Google Sheets. That Saturday is what this stop takes back.
Stop treating the caption as the unit of work. The unit is the month: four or five pillars, a stack of hooks under each, and a dated grid that says which platform gets what, in which format. Once the grid exists, writing is assembly instead of invention. Every other stop in this course pulls from that grid.
Three passes, not one prompt
Ask for the whole month in one message and you get thirty bland rows, half of which nobody can film.
| Pass | You give | You get back |
|---|---|---|
| Pillars | Transcript, last month's top posts | Four or five themes, each with a reason |
| Hooks | The pillars you approved | Ten hooks per pillar, written as opening lines |
| Calendar | Approved hooks, posting cadence | A dated table you can paste into the sheet |
Approve pass one before you ask for pass two.
Try this
You are helping me plan a month of social for a med spa. Attached is the transcript of this morning's strategy call with the owner, plus the ten posts that performed best in the last ninety days. Give me four or five content pillars for next month. For each pillar: a name, one sentence on why it belongs based on something the owner actually said in the call, the platforms it suits, and roughly what share of the month it should take. Flag any pillar that depends on an offer or a claim I would need the owner to confirm in writing. [paste the transcript]
Pillars one to four are approved. Write ten hooks under each one. A hook is the first line of a caption or the first three seconds of a video: under twelve words, no rhetorical questions, no "did you know". Mark each hook with the platform it fits best and keep the tone of the ten past posts I uploaded.
Build a 30-day calendar table starting Monday the fifth, using only the approved hooks. Four Instagram posts a week, three TikToks, two Facebook posts, one LinkedIn post. Columns: date, platform, pillar, hook, format, what I need to shoot or design. Never run the same pillar twice in a row. Put the two offer posts in week two and week four.
What Noor edits before the grid goes in the sheet
Three things, every month.
The dates. Claude does not know the gym closes for the long weekend or that the taco chain's third location opens on the eleventh.
The offers. Every price, package name and discount gets checked against a message from the client, not against what the transcript sounded like.
The shoot column. If a row needs footage nobody will film, swap the format for something Noor can build from photos she already has.
