Teach Claude something, and catch it out
Explain a thing you know well, listen to it come back wrong, and finish the course by showing off one project.
What you are making
Two things. A short list of every mistake you caught Claude making, and one finished project of your choosing, shown to a grown-up.
Teach it something you know
Maya explains something she is genuinely good at, in her own words, and asks Claude to say it back as if teaching a beginner. It comes back mostly right with one part quietly invented. Finding that part is the whole game, and it is easier than you think, because you are the expert here.
The "are you sure" habit
Point that question at one detail, not at everything. "Are you sure about the second step" makes Claude look again and often change its mind. When it changes its mind quickly, that is a sign nobody should have trusted the first answer, and Karim is the tiebreak.
Your capstone
Pick your best project from this course: the reading quiz, the science plan, the comic or the game. Finish it properly and show it to a grown-up. Say which parts were yours and which parts Claude helped with.
Try this
I am 11 and my dad is next to me. I am going to teach you something I know well. Say it back to me afterwards as if you were teaching a beginner, then ask me two questions about the parts you are least sure of. Here it is: [explain the thing you know].
Are you sure about that one part? Look at it again, tell me how sure you are, and say where my dad and I could check it.
