The one rule for this stop
Claude does not read the book for you. It did not sit in your chair, and a summary it writes is not the chapter. Maya reads first, on paper, on her own. Then the buddy part starts.
After the chapter
Maya tells Claude what happened in her own words. That alone is half the work, because you find out fast which bits you skimmed. Then she asks about the two parts that made no sense, and Claude asks her questions back instead of handing over answers.
Last comes the fun bit. Maya writes five questions about the chapter and makes Claude sit them. If Claude gets one wrong, she wins. If she cannot write five questions, she rereads.
Try this
