Stop 8 of 8 · Weekly
Dany's week
Three routines on a timer, the shape of a build week, and the capstone: one site from the discovery call to an empty fix list.
The week under it all
Everything in this course is one build. The week is what makes it a business: nine live sites, two builds, one person. Dany puts three checks on a timer, keeps one shape for build days, and spends the hours she saved on the work a client can see.
Three routines
Monday at eight, weekly
For every site on the attached client list: does it load, is the padlock there, does the phone number match the list, does the contact page load, and did the contact form send anything last week. Then list any client who has had no form lead for more than seven days when they usually get one. One table, problems first, then one line telling me which client to message today. [attach the client list with addresses, phone numbers and typical lead volume]
Friday at four, weekly, retainer clients only
Walk each retainer site in Chrome. Check the pages load, no broken links, no image without alt text, the phone number and hours match the client list, and nothing runs off the screen at 390 pixels wide. Compare against last Friday and tell me only what changed. If nothing changed, say so in one line.
First of the month at nine
For each retainer client, read the last month of Search Console and draft their monthly note: what changed, what it means for their business, what I did, and the one thing I need from them. Under 200 words each, plain sentences, no promises about rankings. Leave them as drafts for me to edit.
The build day shape
Morning: one page of copy in the client Project, with the confirm list. Middle: the build, through the connector for Wix pages or in Claude Code for the one page Wix cannot do. End of day: the phone pass at 390 pixels and one line in the Project about what is still a placeholder. Three days of that is a small site.
Cheat sheet
| You want to | Do this |
|---|---|
| Turn a call into a plan | Paste the notes, ask for sitemap, copy plan, questions, timeline |
| Write a page in the client's voice | The client Project, with the answers sheet as the only source of facts |
| Change nine pages at once | The Wix connector, unpublished until you approve |
| Build what Wix will not | Claude Code, one HTML file, phone pass before you ship |
| Know the site is ready | Claude in Chrome, walk it, sort the fix list by what a visitor loses |
| Keep a client after launch | The monthly Search Console note, sent whether or not they ask |
