Ad creative from best sellers
Both ad exports in one table, then a creative brief, hooks and captions built from the products that actually earn.
Creative from what people already bought
Omar's best ads have always been the ones about a product that was already selling. The margin table from stop 2 names those products, the return tally from stop 5 names the objection, and the review lines name the words customers actually use. That is a creative brief with three sources, and none of them are a guess.
The order is: read the accounts, pick the products, brief the shots, write the hooks, then batch the sizes.
Both accounts in one table
Meta and Google each export a campaign report. Side by side they answer one question: which campaigns cost more per purchase than a purchase is worth. That threshold is Omar's number. It comes off the margin table from stop 2 and gets pasted in, because no ad platform knows what a garment cost to land and nothing should work it out from the retail price.
The two exports do not agree, and that is the useful part. Different attribution windows mean a single order can appear in both. Ask for the windows in a line above the table, then check the total against the Shopify order count for the same dates.
The brief, per product
One product, one brief: who it is for in a sentence, the three reasons people buy it, the objection the returns tally proves they have, and five shots with what is in frame. Then hooks and captions. A hook that names the objection out loud, in the customer's words, is the one that stops the scroll.
Try this
[upload the Meta and the Google Ads campaign reports for the same 30 days] My break even cost per purchase is [paste the number from your margin table]. Build one table by campaign: platform, spend, purchases, cost per purchase, revenue, return on ad spend. Flag every campaign above my break even. Before the table, tell me in one line whether the two exports used different attribution windows, and if they did, say so rather than presenting them as comparable. Do not calculate my break even for me and do not estimate any cost.
Product: [paste the handle, title and description from the products export] Units sold last month: [number]. Top return reason: [reason]. Three things customers wrote about it: [paste three review lines]. Write the creative brief: who this is for in one sentence, the three reasons people buy it, the objection to answer, and five shots to photograph with what is in frame for each. Then five hooks under eight words and five captions under 25 words, in this Project's voice. No price, no discount, no delivery claim.
Find my [template name] template in Canva and build this week's set from it: a 1080 by 1080 feed post, a 1080 by 1920 story, and a 1200 by 628, all carrying the hook I picked and the product photo I attach. Keep the logo where the template puts it and leave the price area empty. Show me all three before you save anything to my Canva account.
