Research without exposure
Use Research mode on venue types, regions and threat trends, and understand why the query itself is the thing that leaks.
The one place your caution has to go outside the document
Everything so far has been about what you write. Research is different, because the query leaves your machine and lands in the logs of search engines and the sites they point at. A question about a named venue on a named date, run in the week before a movement, is a small, timestamped record of your engagement that you do not control and cannot delete.
So the rule shifts one level up. You research the category, never the instance. Arenas of this size, not that arena. Coastal regions with this hurricane exposure, not that address in that month. A threat trend, not a threat to a person.
What Research mode is worth here
Research mode runs a longer chain of searches than a normal answer and comes back with a cited report. For Curtis that is genuinely useful in three places, and dangerous nowhere else.

That last one catches people out. Running a research pass on a client's own public exposure feels responsible, and it is the single most identifying search you could possibly make. If a client needs that work, it is done manually, on a machine and an account with no connection to the engagement, and the finding is written up as Client A.

Research operational security practice at large indoor arenas hosting ticketed evening events in mid-sized cities. Cover arrival and egress patterns, typical control of back of house access, how venues usually handle a private arrival, publicly reported crowd management incidents in the past three years and what the reviews said afterwards. Give me the sources. Do not speculate about any specific venue.
Research the general risk environment for a coastal region with a hurricane season, dependence on two main highways and a single regional airport. Cover historical infrastructure failure, emergency service capacity during a declared event, communications resilience and how private residences in such areas are typically affected. Sources for every factual claim. I have named no place and I do not want you to guess one.
Give me a monthly briefing on publicly reported trends in targeted harassment and physical approach against business executives and public figures over the last ninety days.
