Farah's quarter and the capstone
Three scheduled routines that carry the quarter, then the graded capstone: one campaign from concept sentence to thirty exported files, with the governance page, the rights log and the report.
The quarter runs on three routines
Eight stops of parts, arranged so the brand is governed whether or not Farah has a good week.

Every one of them reads and drafts. None replies to a colleague, changes the queue, posts to the scheduler or approves an Arabic line, because those are the four places an in-house brand actually gets damaged.
Set the weekly campaign check on a schedule
Every Thursday at 07:00, compare the live campaign folder with the asset matrix and the rights log. Write one file: rows in the matrix with no exported file, files with no matrix row, files with no rights log row, rights rows whose usage window ends before the campaign does, and any Arabic line still marked unchecked. Sort by what would run in public first. Do not move, rename or delete anything, and do not contact anyone.
The capstone
Run one real campaign end to end and keep the evidence. Six artefacts:
- The concept sentence and the asset matrix, fifteen layouts in two languages.
- The thirty exported files with the manifest and the naming pattern.
- One layout in both scripts, with the mirror plan and your signed translation check.
- The rights log covering every image in the campaign, including the rejections.
- The governance one-pager plus one checklist run on a colleague's file with the reply you sent.
- The creative report split by language and the next iteration brief.
Grade the capstone

For every point not awarded, say exactly what is missing and what would earn it. Be strict about two things: any image without a rights row, and any Arabic line that reached an export still marked unchecked.

Eighty passes. Under eighty, the gap is nearly always the same two: an image with no traced source, and an Arabic line that nobody signed.
