One concept, thirty assets
The concept sentence, the asset matrix by channel and size, the copy per asset in both languages, and the export list that makes thirty files countable.
The concept is one sentence
Marketing gives Farah a campaign and a launch date. Thirty files come out the other end: feed posts, stories, paid sizes, a site hero, an email header, a mall screen, two print pieces, a banner, a deck cover, and every one of them in Arabic and English. That is a week if it is thirty decisions, and two days if it is one decision applied thirty times.
So the first artefact is not an asset. It is a sentence: one visual idea, one proof, one line of copy. If a proposed asset cannot be traced to that sentence, it is a different campaign and it needs its own row in the calendar.
The matrix
Fifteen layouts, each in two languages, is thirty files. The matrix is what makes them countable and what makes a missing one obvious on the 20th rather than the 28th.
| Channel | Sizes | Layouts |
|---|---|---|
| Social feed and story | 1080 by 1350, 1080 by 1920 | 4 |
| Paid social | 1200 by 628, 1080 by 1080 | 3 |
| Site and email | 1440 by 600 hero, 600 by 200 header | 2 |
| In-store and print | 1920 by 1080 screen, A3 poster, A5 flyer | 3 |
| Outdoor and pitch | 6 by 3 metre banner, deck cover, one-pager | 3 |
Here is the approved concept sentence for campaign [code name] and the calendar row: [paste both]. Build the asset matrix. One row per asset: what it is, the channel, the exact size in pixels or millimetres, the language, and which of the six masters it derives from. Number the rows. Then tell me which rows the concept sentence does not actually support, and which channel in our calendar row has no asset covering it.
Read the last two answers first. An unsupported row is scope arriving quietly, and an uncovered channel is the phone call you get on launch morning.
Copy for thirty, in two languages
The Project already holds the voice and both type rules, so the prompt gets to be about the job.
Write the copy for rows 1 to 15. For each row give me three things: the on-artwork line at seven words or fewer, the caption at three lines maximum on a phone, and the alt text. Write the Arabic as its own line with its own rhythm, not a translation of the English, and mark every Arabic line as unchecked. Where a price, a date or a store name is needed, leave [PRICE], [DATE] or [STORE] and list every bracket at the end so I can fill them from the approved sheet.
For each of the fifteen layouts, compare the Arabic and English on-artwork lines and tell me which language runs longer at the same measure, by roughly how much. Flag every row where the difference is large enough that one box cannot hold both, and rewrite the shorter line so the two sit within one measure. Do not change the meaning of either.
The export list
Turn the matrix into an export list I can hand to a batch. One line per file: the file name in the pattern campaign-assetnumber-channel-size-language, the format, the colour space, and the folder it lands in on SharePoint. Print sizes get CMYK and bleed, screen sizes get sRGB. Then list every file name twice-checked for collisions.
