The monthly batch
One calendar row becomes an asset list with sizes, copy in the client's voice, and a Canva set resized and exported.
The month is one row wide
Every retainer month starts as a line in a shared content calendar: a theme, a date range, sometimes a special. By the 25th it has to be twelve or sixteen finished files in the client's folder. The distance between those two states is where Rami's weekends go, and almost none of it is design.
The batch is three moves. Turn the row into a list of assets that can be counted. Write the copy per asset in the client's voice. Build one master per format, then let the connector resize and export the rest.
Row to list
Here is next month's content calendar row for Lumen Cafe: [paste the row]. Turn it into the asset list. One row per asset, three columns: what it is, the exact size and file format, and the platform. Number them against the twelve in the retainer and say which of the twelve are still unassigned. Then flag every asset that needs a photo we do not already have, and describe the shot for each so I can send the Lumen manager a list.
Read the flagged rows first. They are the only ones with a deadline outside your control.
Copy in the client's voice
Inside the client Project the voice is already loaded, so the prompt gets to be short and specific about the job.
Write the copy for assets 1 to 8 on the list. For each: the on-artwork line at eight words or fewer, the caption at three lines maximum on a phone, and three hashtags. Keep to the voice in the instructions and check every caption against the never-do list before you show me. Where a price or a date is needed, leave it in square brackets and list the brackets at the end so I can fill them.
The bracket list at the end is the part that matters. It is the message you send the owner instead of guessing at a price and being wrong in public.
Resize and export
Find my Lumen Cafe autumn drinks feed design in Canva. Resize it for a 1080 by 1920 story and a 1920 by 1080 in-store screen, check the logo still has its clear space and nothing important sits under the story interface, then export all three as PNG into the Lumen Cafe folder.
