Nadia's week
Three routines, one Dispatch from the warehouse floor, and a full week run on them.
Three routines
A routine is the same prompt, run on a schedule, arriving before you ask for it. Three of them cover Nadia's week and the week of any company this size. Set them once, then spend a month correcting them.
| When | What it does |
|---|---|
| Weekdays at 7:00 | The promises pass and three drafted replies |
| Fridays at 16:00 | The cash note and Monday's one call |
| First Monday | Last month against last year, and the accounts that went quiet |
Try this
Weekdays at 7:00
Read my inbox since 5pm yesterday. Give me the promises table: who, what was promised, due when, and whether it is mine or theirs. Then draft replies for anything that only needs a date or an acknowledgment and leave them as Gmail drafts. Finish with the one thing you would do first if you were me.
Fridays at 16:00
From the QuickBooks exports in my Drive and this week's invoices, write my Friday cash note in under 150 words: what came in, what went out, who is over 30 days, and the one call I should make first thing Monday. No advice, just the numbers and the call.
First Monday of the month
Compare last month with the same month last year: revenue, gross margin, and the three expense lines that moved most in dollars. Then list every account whose ordering has dropped 30 percent or more against their own twelve-month average, and for each draft a short check-in that mentions what they used to order.
Dispatch from the warehouse floor
Dispatch is beta. You text Claude from your phone, it works on your desktop with your files and your apps, and it messages you back when it is done. The desktop has to be awake with the app open, so turn keep awake on before you walk out to the floor.
From the floor, one-handed
Find the Bright Smile quote in my Drive, add two boxes of prophy paste in mint at list price, save it as a PDF in their folder, and text me when it is done.
