The forty minutes nobody counts
Every week there is a portal. The reorder that has to go through the supplier's own site because their rep will not take an email. The state resale certificate a new customer needs before you can ship them anything. The insurance renewal with thirty fields of things you already told them last year. None of it is hard and all of it lands on Nadia, because it is nobody's job.
Claude in Chrome sits beside the tab and does the typing. You stay in the chair.
You watch, it fills
The shape is always the same. You open the page and give it what it needs to know, whether that is a file, last year's form or a standing order list. It reads the page, fills the fields and tells you what it did. You read the fields it was least sure about, and you press the button, or you do not.
The submit rule
Claude never presses submit on anything that spends money, signs a declaration, sends a message to a customer or supplier, or changes a password or a payment method. That is not nervousness about Claude. It is that you are the person whose name is on the account, and the last click is what makes you that person.
Try this
On this supplier portal tab, add these to the cart from our standing list: 12 boxes of nitrile gloves in medium, 6 boxes of prophy angles, 4 cases of autoclave pouches. Check the pack size on every line against what I ordered from them last time and tell me about any difference. Stop at the cart and show me the total. Do not place the order.
On this page, fill the resale certificate using the business details in the file I gave you. Do not submit. When every field is filled, read them all back to me in a list and tell me which one you were least sure about and why.
Open the renewal form in this tab and fill everything you can from last year's policy PDF. Leave blank any field where this year's number would be different, and list those separately with what last year said, so I can get the current figure.
