Three routines

A routine is a job that runs on a timer in the cloud with your connectors, and leaves drafts rather than sending anything. Lina has three, and none of them makes a decision.

Monday 7:00, weekly
Read my inbox since Friday morning for new leads from Houzz, our website form and Instagram forwards. Give me one digest: each lead with the room, what they asked, and how old it is. Then, for each, draft a reply in the voice of my showroom Project that answers their question, uses the ranges file for any price question, and offers a showroom visit this week. Save the drafts in Gmail. Flag any lead older than three days at the top. Do not send anything.
Friday 15:00, weekly
For each job folder in my Drive folder [Active jobs], read this week's PM notes and photos and draft the homeowner update: what got done, who is in the house next week, and the one decision I need with its date. Under two hundred words each, in my voice, no percentages, no dates I have not given you. Save each as a Gmail draft to the client address on the job sheet. Do not send.
First Monday of the month, 9:00
Look at every lead from the last month across Houzz, the website form and Instagram. Give me one page: how many came from each source, how many became consultations, how many became proposals, and how many signed. Then name the one thing the leads that signed had in common, and the one question I should be asking earlier. Save it as a Google Doc named for the month.

That third one is the only marketing report Lina reads, because it tells her where next month's showroom hours should go.

From the phone

Dispatch, in beta, is the ask you make standing in someone's kitchen with a phone in one hand.

From the site
Open the [Marlow] job folder and draft a change order for a pot filler: the rough plumbing and the fixture at list from the plumbing price PDF, our markup applied, and [two] extra days added to the window. Save it as a PDF in the folder and email it to me.
